Trmeric announced an oversubscribed $6.5M seed round, reported on October 7, 2026. Hitachi Ventures led the round. Schema Ventures, CerraCap Impact Venture Capital, FalconX Ventures, and Executive Venture Fund also participated, along with angel investors Gokul Rajaram, Yatish Mishra, and Shailesh Lakhani.

The company plans to use the funding to accelerate product innovation, increase customer adoption, and scale its business.

Trmeric is an agentic AI platform for managing enterprise transformation programs. It is designed to link enterprise strategy, planning, project execution, and measurable business outcomes, rather than addressing only individual software-development tasks.

The platform is built around a living repository holding information about an organization’s strategy, technology environment, initiatives, resources, decisions, and results. An agentic layer led by Trmeric’s Tango system coordinates specialized AI agents that support planning, resource mobilization, execution, governance, reporting, and value measurement.

Trmeric says its platform is already being used to manage $1B in enterprise transformation initiatives. Customers include Veolia, Seagate, and ServiceTitan.

According to the company, customers have used the platform to redirect tens of millions of dollars away from lower-return projects, shorten planning cycles from months to days, and automate portions of project management reporting and governance. These figures are self-reported.

Siddharth Bohra (Founder and CEO) and Debottam Datta developed the platform after working on Fortune 500 technology transformation programs and collaborating with more than a dozen CIO design partners.

Bohra argues that every transformation has hundreds of “moments of truth” that shape its eventual ROI, and that getting them right is nearly impossible without a system guiding decisions and actions. In his view, enterprises invest heavily in individual initiatives without building the foundational capability every transformation depends on, which is the gap Trmeric targets.

Balamurali Rengarajan, SVP and CIO, North America Business at Veolia, says Trmeric gives his team the structure and visibility to connect IT initiatives directly to business outcomes. He says it has helped them prioritize investment with more clarity, and that a live view of progress and impact across a complex portfolio has replaced manually prepared reporting.

Gayathri “G” Radhakrishnan, Partner at Hitachi Ventures, points to a broader shift: IT budgets are moving beyond running the business toward transforming it, with a growing share going to AI and digital transformation. Yet enterprises still lack a connected way to see where that capital goes and whether it delivers the intended ROI. She sees this as a significant and growing gap, and describes Trmeric as a system for making better investment decisions and proving the value they create.
