Treso announced $3.75M in funding on October 14, 2026. Redesign Health led the round, with Locke Health and KCRise Fund participating.

The company is building what it calls an intelligent operating system for care providers. It brings together accounting, receivables, expense management, procurement, and business intelligence, alongside banking and financial products. The focus is independent physician practices managing money coming in and going out.

CEO and cofounder Ryan Greenhaw says the idea began as an expense management tool and widened over time. His argument is that healthcare has concentrated on revenue cycle and getting paid, while fintech has shown that the flow of money itself carries value, and practices spend most of what they collect.

The entry point is a business spending card. Practices can issue virtual cards for specific vendors, set spending limits, and use AI to match receipts to transactions. Spending analytics will let practices track where money goes and compare themselves with other practices. Further tools for expenses and cash flow will draw on a practice’s spending and collections data. Treso says it has set up banking partnerships to support its financial programs.

The core product will be free, with additional tools layered on over time. It launches in December, and Greenhaw says he is building a small, high-caliber team. Treso hasn’t disclosed customer numbers or round stage.
